一、生產(chǎn)執行標準 JB6213.2—1992
二、JBHF70℃90度電機引接線(xiàn)纜使用條件
1、連續運行導體高溫度為70℃/90；
2、敷設時(shí)的允許彎曲半徑應不小于電纜（電線(xiàn)）外徑的4倍
導體連接要求低電阻和足夠的機械強度，連接處不能出現尖角。中低壓電纜導體連接常用的是壓接，壓接應注意：
Conductor connection requires low resistance and sufficient mechanical strength, and no sharp corners can be found at the joint. The middle and low voltage cable conductor connection is usually pressed.
（1）選擇合適的導電率和機械強度的導體連接管；
(1) choose suitable conductor and connecting tube with electrical conductivity and mechanical strength;
（2）壓接管內徑與被連接線(xiàn)芯外徑的配合間隙取0.8～1.4mm；
(2) the gap between the inner diameter of the pressure pipe and the outer diameter of the connecting core is taken from 0.8 to 1.4mm.
（3）壓接后的接頭電阻值不應大于等截面導體的1.2倍，銅導體接頭抗拉強度不低于60N/m㎡；
(3) the resistance value of the joint after crimping shall not be 1.2 times larger than that of the equal section conductor, and the tensile strength of the copper conductor joint shall not be lower than 60N/m C.
（4）壓接前，導體外表面與連接管內表面涂以導電膠，并用鋼絲刷破壞氧化膜；
(4) before crimping, the outer surface of the conductor is coated with conductive adhesive on the inner surface of the connecting pipe, and the oxide film is destroyed by a wire brush.
（5）連接管、線(xiàn)芯導體上的尖角、毛邊等，用銼刀或砂紙打磨光滑。
